1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the SQORI platform, mobile application, or any related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

2. Definitions

“Platform” refers to the SQORI application, website, and all associated services.
“User” refers to any person who registers or uses the Platform, including Students, Parents, Educators, and School Managers.
“Content” refers to all educational materials, AI-generated responses, curriculum data, and media available through the Platform.

3. Eligibility

Users must be at least 13 years of age to create an account. Users under 18 must have parental or guardian consent. Parent/Guardian accounts are required for minors using IntelliLearn, AssistantLearn, or MentorLearn services.

4. Account Registration

Users must provide accurate and complete information during registration. Each user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. Sharing accounts is prohibited. SQORI reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Use of Services

The Platform is provided for educational purposes only. Users agree not to: misuse AI tutoring sessions, attempt to reverse-engineer the Platform, share copyrighted content without authorization, use the Platform for any unlawful purpose, or interfere with the Platform operations.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, software, designs, logos, and trademarks on the Platform are the property of Al Numu Co. LTD. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and process personal data in accordance with Saudi Arabia Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and applicable regulations.

8. AI-Generated Content

IntelliLearn and AssistantLearn use artificial intelligence to generate educational responses. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content is for educational support only and should not be considered as professional advice. Parents and educators should review AI session transcripts regularly.

9. Limitation of Liability

SQORI and Al Numu Co. LTD. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Platform. The Platform is provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Platform after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes shall be resolved through the competent courts in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
