SQORI Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the SQORI mobile
application, websites, dashboards, learning services, and related features
(collectively, the “Services”) provided by SQORI FOR TECHNOLOGY AND
ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCES INNOVATIONS AND SOLUTIONS COMPANY (“SQORI”, “we”,
“us”, or “our”). By creating an account, authorizing a student account, or
using the Services, you agree to these Terms. The Privacy Policy,
Subscription and Payment Policy, and Refund Policy form part of these
Terms.

1. Students, children, and authority to use SQORI

SQORI supports Saudi K-12 learning and may be used by children. It is not
restricted to people aged 13 or older. A child or other person who lacks
full legal capacity may use the Services only under the authority and
supervision of a parent, legal guardian, or authorized school. The adult
or school authorizing the account confirms that it has the legal authority
to do so, will supervise use appropriate to the student’s age, and will
review purchasing, chat, voice, and AI features with the student.

If you use SQORI for a school or other organization, you confirm that you
are authorized to accept these Terms for that organization and to create
or manage the relevant accounts.

2. Accounts and accurate information

You must provide accurate, current information, keep it updated, and use
only an account you are authorized to access. Keep passwords, verification
codes, and devices secure. Do not share credentials or attempt to take
over another account. Tell us promptly at hello@sqori.com.sa if you
suspect unauthorized access. A parent, guardian, or school administrator
may have account-management rights for a student account according to the
applicable arrangement.

3. The Services

SQORI provides grade- and subject-based learning, educational content,
progress features, accessibility choices, AI-assisted study tools, chat or
messaging, voice-enabled sessions, subscriptions, and account-bound wallet
credits. Available features may vary by account, grade, school, device,
country, app version, or subscription. We may improve, replace, or
discontinue a feature, but will respect paid access and mandatory consumer
rights.

4. Educational and AI limitations

SQORI is a learning aid and does not replace a qualified teacher, school
curriculum decision, medical professional, emergency service, or other
licensed professional. AI-generated content can be incomplete,
inappropriate, or incorrect. Users should verify important answers and a
responsible adult or teacher should review a child’s use where
appropriate. Do not rely on SQORI for emergencies, diagnosis, treatment,
legal advice, or decisions that may cause harm.

5. User content

You retain any rights you have in prompts, answers, messages, images,
files, audio, feedback, and other content you submit (“User Content”). You
grant SQORI a limited, non-exclusive license to host, copy, process,
transmit, display, and adapt User Content only as reasonably necessary to
provide, secure, moderate, support, and improve the Services, comply with
law, and enforce these Terms. This license ends when the content is
deleted from our systems, except for lawful retention, backup cycles,
de-identified information, and content already shared with an authorized
school or recipient.

You must have the right to submit User Content and must not submit
unnecessary sensitive personal information or content that infringes
another person’s rights.

6. Acceptable use and child safety

You must not:

  • use the Services unlawfully or to harm, exploit, groom, threaten, bully,
    harass, or sexually abuse any person, especially a child;
  • upload illegal, hateful, sexually explicit, violent, deceptive,
    infringing, or malicious content;
  • impersonate another person, misrepresent authority, expose another
    person’s personal data, or bypass guardian or school controls;
  • cheat, falsify schoolwork or progress, or use AI contrary to the
    applicable school’s academic-integrity rules;
  • probe, disrupt, reverse engineer, scrape, automate access to, or bypass
    security, rate limits, purchase controls, or entitlement checks, except
    where applicable law expressly permits;
  • introduce malware, abuse refunds or wallet credits, manipulate ratings,
    or use the Services for spam, advertising, or commercial solicitation
    without written permission; or
  • help anyone else do any of the above.

We may use automated and human measures to detect, review, restrict,
remove, or report content or conduct that may violate these Terms or
threaten safety. Where relevant features permit, users should block and
report abusive users or content. Serious risks may be escalated to a
guardian, school, competent authority, or emergency service where lawful
and necessary.

7. Privacy and device permissions

Our Privacy Policy explains our personal-data practices. SQORI requests
microphone access only for a user-started supported voice session. You may
stop a session or revoke permissions through device settings, although the
related feature may then be unavailable. Permissions and privacy controls
do not remove the need for adult supervision of a child’s use.

8. Subscriptions, purchases, and wallet credits

Digital subscriptions and wallet-credit packages purchased in the iOS app
use Apple’s StoreKit, and those purchased in the Android app use Google
Play Billing, where required by store rules. Prices, billing periods,
taxes, renewal terms, and package contents are shown before confirmation.
Purchases by or for a child must be authorized by the responsible adult
and may be subject to device, family, school, and store controls.

Wallet credits are account-bound units for eligible SQORI services. They
are not a bank account, deposit, security, or general-purpose currency and
cannot be withdrawn, transferred, or redeemed for cash unless SQORI
expressly offers that option and applicable law permits it. Our
Subscription and Payment Policy provides more detail.

9. Renewal, cancellation, and refunds

An auto-renewing subscription continues until canceled through the store
or channel that billed it. Deleting the app or the SQORI account does not
by itself cancel a store subscription. Cancellation usually stops future
renewal and does not itself create a refund. Refund requests are governed
by the Refund Policy, the billing store or channel rules, and mandatory
law. Nothing in these Terms excludes a non-waivable consumer right.

10. SQORI intellectual property

The Services, software, design, trademarks, educational materials, and
content supplied by SQORI or its licensors are protected by
intellectual-property law. Subject to these Terms, SQORI gives you a
personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to
use the Services for their intended educational purpose. No ownership
rights are transferred. You may not copy, sell, sublicense, publicly
distribute, or create derivative works from protected SQORI content except
with permission or as the law allows.

11. Third-party services

Some features depend on independent services such as Apple, Google,
schools, payment processors, communications providers, and AI or speech
providers. Their terms and privacy notices may also apply. SQORI is not
responsible for an independent third party’s service or decision outside
SQORI’s control, but this does not limit any responsibility SQORI cannot
lawfully exclude.

12. Availability, changes, and maintenance

We work to keep the Services secure and available, but internet, device,
store, school-system, and maintenance failures can cause interruption. We
do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may issue updates
needed for security, compatibility, or functionality. Where reasonably
possible, we will give appropriate notice of a material change that
adversely affects paid Services.

13. Suspension, termination, and deletion

We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect
users, investigate suspected abuse or fraud, comply with law, address
non-payment, or enforce these Terms. We will consider the seriousness,
urgency, and impact and provide notice and an opportunity to contact
support where appropriate. A user may stop using SQORI or request account
deletion as described in the Privacy Policy. Suspension or deletion does
not automatically cancel a store subscription or erase records that
lawfully must be retained.

14. Responsibility and mandatory rights

To the extent permitted by law, SQORI is responsible only for losses that
are a reasonably foreseeable result of SQORI’s breach of these Terms or
failure to exercise legally required care. We are not responsible for loss
caused by unauthorized account use, inaccurate information supplied by a
user or school, misuse of AI output, or events outside our reasonable
control. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or a remedy
that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer-protection,
data-protection, fraud, gross-negligence, or intentional-misconduct
rights.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The
competent courts and authorities in Saudi Arabia have jurisdiction,
subject to any mandatory consumer forum, app-store rule, or other
non-waivable right that applies. Before filing a claim, you may contact
hello@sqori.com.sa so we can try to resolve the issue promptly.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms for changes in the Services, law, safety
requirements, or business operations. We will publish the revised
effective date and provide additional notice or obtain acceptance when
required. If you do not agree to a material change, you may stop using the
Services and cancel future renewal through the billing channel.

شروط استخدام سكوري

تحكم شروط الاستخدام هذه (“الشروط”) الدخول إلى تطبيق سكوري ومواقعها ولوحات
التحكم وخدمات التعلم والخصائص المرتبطة بها واستخدامها (ويشار إليها مجتمعة
بـ “الخدمات”)، والتي تقدمها SQORI FOR TECHNOLOGY AND ARTIFICIAL
INTELLIGENCES INNOVATIONS AND SOLUTIONS COMPANY (“سكوري” أو “نحن”). بإنشاء
حساب أو تفويض حساب طالب أو استخدام الخدمات، فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط.
وتعد سياسة الخصوصية وسياسة الاشتراك والدفع وسياسة الاسترداد جزءاً من هذه
الشروط.

1. الطلاب والأطفال وصلاحية استخدام سكوري

تدعم سكوري تعلم طلاب التعليم العام في المملكة من الروضة حتى الصف الثاني
عشر، وقد يستخدمها الأطفال، وهي ليست مقصورة على من بلغوا 13 عاماً. لا يجوز
للطفل أو لمن لا يتمتع بالأهلية القانونية الكاملة استخدام الخدمات إلا تحت
تفويض وإشراف ولي أمر أو وصي قانوني أو مدرسة مخولة. ويؤكد الشخص البالغ أو
المدرسة التي تفوض الحساب أنها تملك الصلاحية النظامية لذلك، وأنها ستشرف على
الاستخدام بما يناسب عمر الطالب، وستراجع معه خصائص الشراء والمحادثة والصوت
والذكاء الاصطناعي.

إذا كنت تستخدم سكوري نيابةً عن مدرسة أو جهة أخرى، فإنك تؤكد أنك مخول بقبول
هذه الشروط نيابةً عنها وبإنشاء الحسابات المعنية أو إدارتها.

2. الحسابات وصحة المعلومات

يجب تقديم معلومات صحيحة وحديثة وتحديثها، واستخدام حساب تملك صلاحية الدخول
إليه فقط. حافظ على سرية كلمات المرور ورموز التحقق وأمان الأجهزة. لا تشارك
بيانات الدخول ولا تحاول الاستيلاء على حساب آخر. أبلغنا فوراً عبر
hello@sqori.com.sa عند الاشتباه بدخول غير مصرح به. قد يملك ولي الأمر أو
الوصي أو مسؤول المدرسة صلاحيات لإدارة حساب الطالب وفق الترتيب المطبق.

3. الخدمات

تقدم سكوري تعلمًا بحسب الصف والمواد، ومحتوى تعليمياً، وخصائص لمتابعة
التقدم وإمكانية الوصول، وأدوات دراسة بمساعدة الذكاء الاصطناعي، ومحادثة أو
مراسلة، وجلسات صوتية، واشتراكات، وأرصدة محفظة مرتبطة بالحساب. قد تختلف
الخصائص بحسب الحساب أو الصف أو المدرسة أو الجهاز أو الدولة أو إصدار
التطبيق أو الاشتراك. وقد نحسن خاصية أو نستبدلها أو نوقفها، مع احترام
الوصول المدفوع والحقوق الإلزامية للمستهلك.

4. حدود الاستخدام التعليمي والذكاء الاصطناعي

سكوري أداة مساعدة للتعلم ولا تحل محل معلم مؤهل أو قرار المدرسة بشأن المنهج
أو مختص صحي أو خدمة طوارئ أو أي مهني مرخص. قد يكون المحتوى الناتج عن
الذكاء الاصطناعي ناقصاً أو غير ملائم أو غير صحيح. ينبغي التحقق من الإجابات
المهمة، وعلى شخص بالغ مسؤول أو معلم مراجعة استخدام الطفل عند الحاجة. لا
تعتمد على سكوري في الطوارئ أو التشخيص أو العلاج أو الاستشارات القانونية أو
القرارات التي قد تسبب ضرراً.

5. محتوى المستخدم

تحتفظ بما تملكه من حقوق في الأوامر والإجابات والرسائل والصور والملفات
والتسجيلات الصوتية والملاحظات وغيرها من المحتوى الذي تقدمه (“محتوى
المستخدم”). وتمنح سكوري ترخيصاً محدوداً وغير حصري لاستضافة محتوى المستخدم
ونسخه ومعالجته ونقله وعرضه وتكييفه بالقدر المعقول اللازم لتقديم الخدمات
وتأمينها والإشراف عليها ودعمها وتحسينها والامتثال للنظام وإنفاذ هذه
الشروط. ينتهي الترخيص عند حذف المحتوى من أنظمتنا، باستثناء الاحتفاظ
النظامي ودورات النسخ الاحتياطي والمعلومات منزوعة الهوية والمحتوى الذي سبق
مشاركته مع مدرسة أو مستلم مخول.

يجب أن تملك الحق في تقديم محتوى المستخدم وألا تقدم بيانات شخصية حساسة غير
لازمة أو محتوى ينتهك حقوق الآخرين.

6. الاستخدام المقبول وسلامة الأطفال

يحظر عليك:

  • استخدام الخدمات بصورة غير نظامية أو لإيذاء أي شخص أو استغلاله أو
    استدراجه أو تهديده أو التنمر عليه أو التحرش به أو الاعتداء عليه جنسياً،
    ولا سيما الطفل؛
  • رفع محتوى غير نظامي أو يحض على الكراهية أو جنسي صريح أو عنيف أو مضلل أو
    منتهك للحقوق أو ضار تقنياً؛
  • انتحال شخصية الغير أو الادعاء الكاذب بالصلاحية أو كشف بيانات الغير أو
    تجاوز ضوابط ولي الأمر أو المدرسة؛
  • الغش أو تزوير الواجب أو التقدم الدراسي أو استخدام الذكاء الاصطناعي بما
    يخالف قواعد النزاهة الأكاديمية للمدرسة؛
  • فحص الخدمات أو تعطيلها أو إجراء هندسة عكسية لها أو جمع بياناتها آلياً أو
    أتمتة الدخول إليها أو تجاوز الأمان أو حدود الاستخدام أو ضوابط الشراء أو
    التحقق من الاستحقاق، إلا إذا أجاز النظام ذلك صراحةً؛
  • إدخال برمجيات ضارة أو إساءة استخدام الاسترداد أو رصيد المحفظة أو التلاعب
    بالتقييمات أو استخدام الخدمات للرسائل المزعجة أو الإعلانات أو التسويق
    التجاري دون إذن كتابي؛ أو
  • مساعدة أي شخص على القيام بما سبق.

يجوز لنا استخدام وسائل آلية وبشرية لاكتشاف المحتوى أو السلوك الذي قد يخالف
هذه الشروط أو يهدد السلامة ومراجعته وتقييده أو حذفه أو الإبلاغ عنه. وعند
إتاحة الخاصية، ينبغي للمستخدم حظر المستخدم أو المحتوى المسيء والإبلاغ عنه.
وقد تُصعّد المخاطر الجسيمة إلى ولي أمر أو مدرسة أو جهة مختصة أو خدمة طوارئ
عندما يكون ذلك نظامياً ولازماً.

7. الخصوصية وأذونات الجهاز

توضح سياسة الخصوصية ممارساتنا المتعلقة بالبيانات الشخصية. لا تطلب سكوري
الوصول إلى الميكروفون إلا لجلسة صوتية مدعومة يبدأها المستخدم. ويمكنك إيقاف
الجلسة أو سحب الأذونات من إعدادات الجهاز، وعندها قد لا تعمل الخاصية
المعنية. لا تلغي الأذونات وضوابط الخصوصية الحاجة إلى إشراف شخص بالغ على
استخدام الطفل.

8. الاشتراكات والمشتريات ورصيد المحفظة

تستخدم الاشتراكات الرقمية وحزم رصيد المحفظة المشتراة داخل تطبيق iOS نظام
StoreKit من Apple، وتستخدم المشتريات داخل تطبيق Android نظام الفوترة في
Google Play، عندما تفرض قواعد المتجر ذلك. تُعرض الأسعار ودورات الفوترة
والضرائب وشروط التجديد ومحتويات الحزمة قبل التأكيد. يجب أن يصرح الشخص
البالغ المسؤول بالمشتريات التي يجريها طفل أو تتم لصالحه، وقد تخضع لضوابط
الجهاز والعائلة والمدرسة والمتجر.

أرصدة المحفظة وحدات مرتبطة بالحساب لاستخدامها في خدمات سكوري المؤهلة. وهي
ليست حساباً بنكياً أو وديعة أو ورقة مالية أو عملة عامة الغرض، ولا يجوز
سحبها أو تحويلها أو استبدالها بنقد إلا إذا عرضت سكوري ذلك صراحةً وكان
النظام يسمح به. تتضمن سياسة الاشتراك والدفع تفاصيل إضافية.

9. التجديد والإلغاء والاسترداد

يستمر الاشتراك المتجدد تلقائياً حتى يُلغى عبر المتجر أو القناة التي أجرت
الفوترة. لا يؤدي حذف التطبيق أو حساب سكوري وحده إلى إلغاء اشتراك المتجر.
يوقف الإلغاء عادةً التجديد المستقبلي ولا ينشئ حقاً تلقائياً في الاسترداد.
تخضع طلبات الاسترداد لسياسة الاسترداد وقواعد متجر أو قناة الفوترة والأنظمة
الإلزامية. لا تستبعد هذه الشروط أي حق إلزامي للمستهلك لا يجوز التنازل عنه.

10. ملكية سكوري الفكرية

الخدمات والبرمجيات والتصميم والعلامات التجارية والمواد التعليمية والمحتوى
المقدم من سكوري أو المرخصين لها محمية بأنظمة الملكية الفكرية. مع مراعاة
هذه الشروط، تمنحك سكوري ترخيصاً شخصياً ومحدوداً وقابلاً للإلغاء وغير حصري
وغير قابل للتحويل لاستخدام الخدمات للغرض التعليمي المقصود. لا تنتقل إليك
أي ملكية. ولا يجوز لك نسخ محتوى سكوري المحمي أو بيعه أو ترخيصه من الباطن
أو توزيعه علناً أو إنشاء أعمال مشتقة منه إلا بإذن أو وفق ما يسمح به
النظام.

11. خدمات الأطراف الثالثة

تعتمد بعض الخصائص على خدمات مستقلة مثل Apple وGoogle والمدارس ومقدمي الدفع
والاتصالات والذكاء الاصطناعي أو الكلام. وقد تنطبق شروطهم وإشعارات الخصوصية
الخاصة بهم. لا تكون سكوري مسؤولة عن خدمة أو قرار لطرف ثالث مستقل خارج
سيطرتها، دون أن يحد ذلك من أي مسؤولية لا يجوز لسكوري استبعادها نظاماً.

12. التوافر والتغييرات والصيانة

نسعى إلى إبقاء الخدمات آمنة ومتاحة، لكن أعطال الإنترنت أو الجهاز أو المتجر
أو أنظمة المدرسة وأعمال الصيانة قد تسبب انقطاعاً. لا نضمن تشغيلاً متواصلاً
أو خالياً تماماً من الأخطاء. وقد نصدر تحديثات لازمة للأمان أو التوافق أو
الوظائف. وعندما يكون ذلك ممكناً بصورة معقولة، سنقدم إشعاراً مناسباً عن أي
تغيير جوهري يؤثر سلباً في الخدمات المدفوعة.

13. التقييد والتعليق والإنهاء والحذف

يجوز لنا تقييد الدخول أو تعليقه بالقدر المعقول اللازم لحماية المستخدمين أو
التحقيق في إساءة استخدام أو احتيال مشتبه به أو الامتثال للنظام أو معالجة
عدم الدفع أو إنفاذ هذه الشروط. وسنراعي جسامة الحالة واستعجالها وأثرها،
ونقدم إشعاراً وفرصة للتواصل مع الدعم عندما يكون ذلك مناسباً. يجوز للمستخدم
التوقف عن استخدام سكوري أو طلب حذف الحساب وفق سياسة الخصوصية. لا يؤدي
التعليق أو الحذف تلقائياً إلى إلغاء اشتراك المتجر أو إتلاف السجلات التي
يلزم الاحتفاظ بها نظاماً.

14. المسؤولية والحقوق الإلزامية

في الحدود التي يسمح بها النظام، تكون سكوري مسؤولة فقط عن الخسائر المتوقعة
بصورة معقولة والناتجة عن إخلالها بهذه الشروط أو عدم بذل العناية المطلوبة
نظاماً. ولا تكون مسؤولة عن خسارة سببها استخدام غير مصرح به للحساب أو
معلومات غير صحيحة قدمها مستخدم أو مدرسة أو سوء استخدام مخرجات الذكاء
الاصطناعي أو أحداث خارجة عن سيطرتها المعقولة. لا تستبعد هذه الشروط أو تقيد
أي مسؤولية أو تعويض لا يجوز استبعاده نظاماً، بما في ذلك الحقوق الإلزامية
المتعلقة بحماية المستهلك أو البيانات أو الاحتيال أو الإهمال الجسيم أو
الفعل المتعمد.

15. النظام واجب التطبيق والمنازعات

تخضع هذه الشروط لأنظمة المملكة العربية السعودية، وتختص بها المحاكم والجهات
المختصة في المملكة، مع مراعاة أي جهة فصل إلزامية للمستهلك أو قاعدة للمتجر
أو حق آخر لا يجوز التنازل عنه. وقبل إقامة مطالبة يمكنك التواصل مع
hello@sqori.com.sa لمحاولة حل المسألة سريعاً.

16. تعديل الشروط

قد نحدث هذه الشروط بسبب تغير الخدمات أو الأنظمة أو متطلبات السلامة أو
العمليات. سننشر تاريخ النفاذ المعدل ونقدم إشعاراً إضافياً أو نطلب القبول
متى كان ذلك لازماً. إذا لم توافق على تغيير جوهري، فيمكنك التوقف عن استخدام
الخدمات وإلغاء التجديد المستقبلي عبر قناة الفوترة.

17. التواصل
