Refund Policy

No-Refund Policy

All purchases made on the SQORI platform are final and non-refundable. This applies to all subscription plans, wallet top-ups, add-on session credits, and any other paid services.

1. Subscriptions

Once a subscription is activated, no refunds will be issued regardless of usage. This includes: monthly and annual subscription fees for Student Solo, Family, and School plans. Users may cancel their subscription at any time to prevent future charges, but no refund will be provided for the current billing period.

2. Wallet Top-Ups

Wallet credits purchased through the Platform are non-refundable and non-transferable outside of the SQORI ecosystem. Parent-to-child wallet transfers within Family accounts are permitted but cannot be reversed or refunded to the original payment method.

3. AI Tutoring Sessions

IntelliLearn, AssistantLearn, and MentorLearn session credits, whether included in a subscription or purchased separately, are non-refundable. Unused sessions do not carry over to the next billing cycle unless explicitly stated in the subscription terms.

4. Add-On Credits

Module credits and add-on session packs are non-refundable once purchased. These credits are consumed in the order defined by the entitlement system (Allowance, then Module Credits, then Wallet).

5. Exceptional Circumstances

In rare cases, SQORI may consider refund requests at its sole discretion for: documented technical failures that prevented service delivery, duplicate charges caused by payment processing errors, or unauthorized transactions (subject to investigation). To request an exception, contact us within 7 days of the transaction at hello@sqori.sa with your transaction details.

6. School and Institutional Plans

School Plan subscriptions are governed by individual institutional agreements. Refund terms for institutional accounts are as specified in the signed service agreement between Al Numu Co. LTD. and the institution.

7. Free Trial

If SQORI offers a free trial period, no charges will be made during the trial. Users must cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged. Once the trial converts to a paid subscription, the no-refund policy applies.

8. Governing Law

This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes related to refunds shall be resolved through the competent courts in Riyadh.
