14 answersWhat is SQORI?
SQORI is a Saudi-built, Arabic-first learning platform for school students and the people supporting them. It connects curriculum-based lessons, AI tutoring, practice, human guidance and learning progress in Arabic and English. Families, teachers and schools have experiences suited to their roles.
Who is SQORI for?
Everyone can explore SQORI’s public website. The learning platform brings together students, families, teachers, mentors and school teams, with services suited to each role. Its learning content is organized around school grades, subjects and courses, from primary through secondary education. Check the courses and access offered for your account when choosing support.
Can we use SQORI in Arabic and English?
Yes. SQORI is designed for Arabic and English, including right-to-left Arabic and left-to-right English interfaces. IntelliLearn supports asking learning questions in either language. The languages and activities available in a particular course or service depend on its content and setup.
How does SQORI connect to the Saudi curriculum?
SQORI’s learning model uses Saudi grade and subject context, curriculum sources, courses and published lessons. ReadyLearn organizes lesson delivery and practice, while IntelliLearn can ground teaching in the learner’s lessons. Check the courses and subjects available to your child before choosing a service.
What are the five learning experiences?
IntelliLearn provides interactive AI tutoring. ReadyLearn organizes lessons and practice. AssistantLearn offers support that considers language, pace, focus and accessibility. MentorLearn connects learning with human guidance. MIFHAAM is the shared learning intelligence that brings curriculum, progress and learning needs into the next-step decision.
Can my child ask IntelliLearn a question out loud?
Yes. IntelliLearn supports Arabic and English voice tutoring with three AI teacher choices: a Saudi male tutor, a Saudi female tutor and SQORI, the falcon character. Ask about your lesson, hear an example, take part in practice and answer a checkpoint. Your answers help guide another explanation, focused support or the next step. The interactive 3D avatar gives the tutor a visible presence. All three are AI interfaces; MentorLearn is the separate route to a human educator. Voice, character selection and activities follow the enabled service and family settings.
What does ReadyLearn include?
ReadyLearn brings structured courses and lessons together with narration, quizzes, assignments and learning paths. It connects what a learner studies with opportunities to practise and show understanding. The content and activities shown to your child depend on the course, grade context and available services.
How does AssistantLearn support different learning needs?
AssistantLearn provides guided assistance for learners and families, with attention to language, pace, focus and accessibility. It offers another way into a question or activity when the learner needs support. Explore the options available in your account rather than assuming every adjustment is enabled for every service.
Is MentorLearn guidance from a real person?
Yes. MentorLearn is SQORI’s human-supported mentoring experience. Educators and mentors provide one-to-one or group guidance around learning needs and identified gaps. Available mentors, scheduling and access depend on the services enabled for your account or institution; check those details before arranging support.
What does MIFHAAM do?
MIFHAAM is SQORI’s shared learning intelligence. It considers curriculum and lesson evidence, the learner’s grade, progress, mastery and gaps to inform suitable explanation, practice or guidance. It also manages how AI capabilities are configured across the learning experiences. Recommendations depend on the learning information and services available.
What is Academic Hub?
Academic Hub connects courses, lessons, subjects and learning activity. Depending on the role and enabled services, it can bring together tasks, tutoring, appointments, grades and learning progress. It is part of the wider SQORI platform, with each person’s view following their learner relationships and permissions.
Are the website activities and app screens real?
The app gallery uses actual SQORI iOS screenshots from local builds and sample or test accounts. Interactive website activities and example learning stories are illustrative. The captions explain what is shown. Sample balances, activity counts and examples do not establish current prices, measured learning outcomes or availability for every account.
Are learning vision ideas already available?
The Learning vision page describes directions SQORI is exploring for future learning, family support and accessibility. These ideas are not confirmed releases or promises of a launch date. Priorities and availability may change. Visit Status & roadmap for source-verified product progress; your account remains the place to check the services currently available to you.
What makes SQORI’s Arabic voice and 3D AI tutor experience distinctive?
SQORI combines Arabic and English voice, three AI teacher choices and a connected teaching approach. Choose a Saudi male tutor, Saudi female tutor or the SQORI falcon character. The lesson brings explanation, examples, active participation, checkpoints and guided repair together, with a whiteboard and saved learning context supporting continuity. The wider platform connects this work with ReadyLearn practice, learning progress and family insights. Its value is a more connected way to ask, try, show understanding and find a useful next step.
Students
Find your way to learn, practise, ask and grow.
34 answersWhat is the student Learning Path?
Learning Path connects lessons, tutor sessions, quizzes and assignments into a sequence. It helps the student see the current activity, their progress and the next eligible step. Supported activities can keep their place or progress when a learner returns; the available path follows their course and learning context.
Why use SQORI for my learning?
Start with a question you can say out loud. SQORI brings Arabic voice tutoring and an interactive 3D AI avatar into a connected journey of lessons, practice and progress. Work through your school subjects, ask again when you need to and explore your next step. Family insights and available human guidance connect the people supporting you with that same learning journey.
What should I do when I open SQORI for the first time?
Check that your learning profile reflects your school stage, grade, semester and subjects, then explore the courses and Learning Path available to you. Choose one current lesson or question rather than trying everything at once. If your school or family has arranged access, use the account connected to that arrangement so your learning stays in the right place.
How do I find learning that matches what I study at school?
Your grade, subjects, courses and published lessons give SQORI its learning context. ReadyLearn organizes that content, while IntelliLearn can use the lesson you are working on to guide the conversation. Check the subjects and semester shown in your account. If something does not match your schoolwork, ask your teacher or SQORI support to help check the setup.
How does my Learning Path help me know what to do next?
Learning Path connects lessons, tutor sessions, practice, quizzes and assignments in a sequence. It shows your current activity and the next step available within your course. Use it to move from explanation to trying the idea yourself, then check your progress before continuing. The path follows your learning context and the activities enabled for your account.
Why is the next activity locked or unavailable?
Some Learning Path activities require an earlier step or a learning check before you can continue. Review the reason shown with the activity and return to the relevant lesson or practice. A missing course, permission or enabled service can also affect access. If you have completed the required work and the step still cannot open, ask support to check it.
Can I ask my question out loud instead of typing?
Yes. When voice is enabled, you can ask IntelliLearn about your lesson in Arabic or English and request another example or explanation. Choose an available Saudi male, Saudi female or SQORI falcon AI tutor, then join the learning through questions and guided practice. Allow microphone access and use a suitable connection. Family tutor settings determine whether voice, text or both are available for your account; changing the character does not override those choices.
Am I talking to AI or to a real teacher?
IntelliLearn is an AI tutoring experience; MentorLearn is the separate route for support from a human educator or mentor. AI can help you explore a lesson and practise an idea, while a person can add discussion and guidance around your learning needs. Check the service you open and the human support available before arranging a session.
What if I still do not understand the explanation?
Ask again and say which part is unclear. You can request a simpler explanation, another example or a slower walk through the idea, then try a related practice question. The aim is to build understanding through a conversation. If the same difficulty keeps returning, use the lesson context to ask your teacher or an available mentor for focused help.
Can I learn in Arabic and English?
SQORI supports Arabic and English experiences, including the reading direction of each language. IntelliLearn lets you ask learning questions in either language. The language of a lesson, narration or activity follows the content provided for that course. Use the language that helps you express your question, and check the available course options when choosing what to study.
How do lessons, narration and practice work together?
ReadyLearn brings organized lessons together with narration and opportunities to practise. You can study an idea, work through an activity and use quizzes or assignments to show what you understood. These are connected parts of a course, so the explanation stays close to the work. Open your available lesson to see which formats and activities it includes.
What is the difference between practice and an assessment?
Practice gives you room to work on an idea; a quiz, assignment or checkpoint provides evidence of your understanding under its own rules. Read the instructions before starting, especially any timing, submission or retry conditions. A completed activity and a strong understanding are different signals, which is why SQORI connects learning progress with assessment and mastery information.
How should I approach an assignment in SQORI?
Open the assignment from your course, tasks or Learning Path and read what is required before answering. Check the submission details and any attempt rules shown for that assignment. Use the connected lesson or available tutor support to understand the idea, then produce your own work. After submitting, return to the assignment to check its recorded status or feedback.
What happens if I leave an activity or lose my connection?
Supported Learning Path activities can keep progress or saved state so you can return to your place. Reopen the same account and activity, then follow the continuation option shown. A timed assessment or live conversation may have different rules, so saving does not guarantee that every activity resumes unchanged. Check the recorded status before starting another attempt.
Can SQORI help me study at a pace that suits me?
AssistantLearn focuses on support around language, pacing, focus and accessibility. Available options can include simpler language, transcripts and adjustable pacing, helping you stay with the lesson in a way that suits you. Explore the controls shown for your service and discuss useful adjustments with your family or teacher. Learning support does not establish a diagnosis or replace professional advice.
When would a human mentor be useful?
A mentor can help when you want to discuss a recurring difficulty, work through a learning goal or receive guidance from a person. MentorLearn connects that support with your learning context through available individual or group arrangements. Check the educators, appointment options and access shown for your account before booking; an AI tutor and a human session are separate experiences.
How does MIFHAAM help connect my learning?
MIFHAAM is the learning intelligence shared across SQORI experiences. It brings together lesson and curriculum context with available progress, mastery and learning-gap evidence to help guide an explanation, practice or support decision. This makes the next step more connected to your journey. Recommendations use the information available; they are not a promise of a particular grade or result.
Are progress, mastery and grades the same thing?
No. Progress describes movement through learning activities; grades describe recorded assessment results; mastery looks at evidence of understanding a subject or skill. They answer different questions, so completing work does not automatically prove mastery. Read each label in context and use the information together: what you have done, what your results show and what still deserves practice.
Does a learning gap mean I am bad at a subject?
A learning gap points to a particular area that may need more explanation or practice. It is a useful starting point, not a label for your ability. Look at the named skill, revisit the connected lesson and try focused practice. If the difficulty persists, share the specific question with a teacher or available mentor so the support has a clear purpose.
Why might my progress or mastery not change immediately?
Different views use different learning records and update processes. A lesson completion, submitted assessment and mastery observation are not interchangeable, and a view may need enough relevant evidence before showing a result. Check the activity’s recorded status and the reporting period first. If completed work remains missing, contact support with the activity name and approximate time, without sharing your password.
What are My Power, My Trophies and learning rewards for?
These parts of the student experience help you notice strengths and celebrate achievements alongside your learning journey. Use them as encouragement to keep asking, practising and returning to your goals. A trophy, reward or activity streak is separate from an academic grade or demonstrated mastery. Check your account for the achievements and reward rules actually available to you.
Where can I find my tasks, tutor access, appointments and grades?
Academic Hub brings important parts of your academic day together, including tasks, tutor access, appointments, grades and learning progress where enabled. It helps you move from knowing what needs attention to opening the relevant learning work. Your view follows your account role, courses and permissions, so not every learner will see the same services or information.
How do I prepare for a scheduled learning session?
Check the appointment details shown in your account, including its time and the session access provided. Before a live session, test your connection and the microphone or camera permissions needed for that session. Bring one clear question, a lesson or an example of where you got stuck. For changes or access problems, use the available contact route for that appointment.
What should I do if an AI answer seems incorrect?
Compare it with the lesson and explain the part that does not seem right. Ask the tutor to revisit the reasoning or work through a simpler example. AI explanations can need correction, so do not rely on confidence of wording alone. If the uncertainty continues, ask your teacher or an available mentor and report the lesson context to SQORI support.
Can I use a phone, tablet and web access for the same learning journey?
SQORI presents learning experiences across its available app and web access. Sign in with the same intended account so your profile and course context stay connected. Exact activities, controls and continuation support can vary by device and service; do not assume an unsaved or live activity transfers automatically. Check current app access and device requirements before choosing how to study.
Is the 3D AI tutor an avatar I can talk to?
Yes. IntelliLearn's interactive 3D avatar presents an AI tutor you can speak with in Arabic or English. The teacher choices include a Saudi male tutor, Saudi female tutor and SQORI falcon character. Bring a lesson question, hear an example and take your turn in practice or a checkpoint. Teaching expressions and gestures give the conversation a visible presence; the characters are AI interfaces. MentorLearn is the separate route to human guidance. The available characters, voice and activities follow your enabled session.
Which IntelliLearn AI tutor characters can I choose?
IntelliLearn's teacher picker offers a Saudi male tutor, a Saudi female tutor and SQORI, the falcon learning character. Choose the character you prefer from the options available in your session. The picker supports saving a preferred teacher for future sessions, and you can change the choice from the session settings. All three are AI teacher interfaces, while MentorLearn connects you with available human guidance. Your course and family settings still apply whichever character you choose.
How do I take an active part in an IntelliLearn lesson?
IntelliLearn includes learning moves that ask you to predict, compare, recall an earlier idea, choose a practice path or explain a step in your own words. You might work through an example together, spot a missing step or teach the idea back. These activities give your tutor an answer to respond to and help you examine your reasoning. The activity follows the lesson and current learning need; every session does not use every type of interaction.
What helps IntelliLearn adapt an explanation to me?
IntelliLearn uses your selected lesson and available learning context, such as grade, age, language, preferences and demonstrated answers, to guide the wording, examples, pace and support. You can also say which part is unclear or ask for another example. The teaching plan can focus on a recorded learning gap or misconception, then check the relevant idea again. Personalisation follows the information and settings available; an expressive avatar does not mean the system can read your feelings or know an unstated personal fact.
What can the tutor do if I hesitate or cannot answer?
In a supported lesson, the tutor can simplify the question and offer a lesson-based hint, then give clearer choices if no answer arrives. If you still need help, it can model the reasoning, teach another step and revisit the idea later with different wording. You can also ask directly for a hint or another example. Silence is not counted as an answer or proof of understanding. If you spoke but nothing was captured, check your microphone and connection before repeating the answer.
How does an IntelliLearn checkpoint guide the next teaching step?
A structured IntelliLearn checkpoint is tied to the current lesson step and its expected understanding. Your attempted answer is checked against that question and its assessment criteria. If it falls below the lesson's required threshold, the tutor provides guided repair and a recheck instead of treating the step as mastered. A successful check can support the next teaching step, subject to the lesson's completion rules. Listening time, a readiness reply or an encouraging reaction alone is not a mastery result.
Do I have to restart my IntelliLearn lesson when I return?
When a saved IntelliLearn session is available, you can resume from its recorded lesson phase and teaching point rather than repeating the opening and completed steps. Reopen the same account and lesson, then use the continuation option shown. Saved learning context helps connect the next explanation with prior work. Session time, access and completion rules still apply, and an interrupted connection does not guarantee that every unfinished message or recording was saved. Check the displayed progress if your place looks unexpected.
What is the whiteboard for in an IntelliLearn lesson?
The whiteboard keeps concise teaching notes connected to the current lesson step while your tutor explains. It can show the key idea or reasoning to follow alongside the voice conversation. The notes are synchronised with the teaching point, rather than being a full transcript of everything said. Use them to revisit the current idea and explain a step in your own words. The available board and its content follow the lesson and the interface you are using.
Does every ReadyLearn video let me choose what happens next?
ReadyLearn connects lessons, available video or narration and lesson checkpoints. Where an activity includes choices or questions, use the controls shown to participate and check your understanding. The format depends on the published lesson and enabled learning activity. A checkpoint does not by itself mean a branching story with different video endings, and not every lesson has the same video or interactive format. Follow the actual options in your course, and revisit the explanation or practice when an idea needs more work.
Families
Understand your child’s journey and know how to help.
29 answersWhat can I follow as a parent?
The family experience is designed to bring your child’s progress, mastery and learning activity into view. Academic Hub connects that information with their courses and learning context. What you can see depends on your linked child profiles, your permissions and the services enabled for your family or school.
How does a parent connect with a child’s learning?
SQORI supports child invitations and guardian relationships so the parent experience can connect to the appropriate learner profile. Sign in to your account to see the family options available to you. If an invitation or relationship needs help, contact SQORI at hello@sqori.sa.
What family choices can I manage?
SQORI’s family tools include child invitations, family subscriptions, spending oversight, notification preferences and safety controls. The controls available to you follow your account permissions and plan. Check your account for current options and subscription details; the website’s examples do not establish prices or access for every family.
Why would our family need SQORI?
SQORI helps turn “How was school?” into a more useful conversation. Follow each child’s learning activity, progress and subject mastery, then explore gaps, suggestions and support plans where available. The value is a connected view: understanding what your child is working on, recognising effort and choosing a helpful next step rather than relying on a grade alone.
How do I connect my parent account with my child?
SQORI uses child invitations and guardian relationships to connect the correct accounts. Sign in as a parent and follow the family linking or invitation route available to you; use an invitation intended for your family. The relationship must be active before protected child information and controls become available. Ask support to help if you are unsure which account should be connected.
What if a child invitation or family join code does not work?
Check that you are using the intended account and the latest invitation, and read the message shown before retrying. Invitations and family relationships are checked by the service, so an expired, completed or mismatched invitation may need help rather than repeated attempts. Contact SQORI with the error and approximate time; keep passwords, verification codes and private invitation links out of public messages.
Can I follow more than one child without mixing their learning?
The family experience supports linked child profiles and child filters in views such as gaps, suggestions and plans. Open the relevant child before reading details or changing a setting, so the action fits that learner. Each child’s learning has its own context; available family seats, subscriptions and permissions should be checked in your account before adding access.
What can I understand from the family home and child profile?
The family home gives you an overview of linked children and matters needing attention. An individual profile brings grades, learning progress, subject mastery and recent activity into one child’s context. Use the overview to decide where to look, then read the detailed view before acting. What appears follows your guardian relationship, permissions and the learning records available.
How are school grades, learning progress and mastery different?
Current SQORI grades reflect recorded course assessments. The separate School results report shows grades entered by a participating school when its gradebook service is enabled. Learning progress concerns completed or ongoing work; mastery uses evidence of understanding subjects or skills. A child can complete activities while still needing practice. Read the source and context of each view, then discuss the specific skill instead of treating every percentage as the same measure.
What does a learning gap tell me about my child?
A gap highlights a recurring difficulty in a specific learning area. Its details can show what was noticed in recent attempts and a possible explanation, giving you a focused place to begin. Use it to choose practice or ask a teacher a clearer question. It is a learning signal, not a diagnosis, a fixed judgement or a prediction of your child’s future.
How can I use subject mastery to support my child?
Open a subject to look beyond its headline level and explore the skills or lessons with available evidence. Recognise a strength, then choose one area for practice or a teacher conversation. Mastery views need relevant learning observations and may not show a level when evidence is insufficient. Time spent or a completed study plan should not be read as proof of knowledge.
What should I review before approving a support plan?
Look at the skill the plan targets, the proposed learning steps and any time estimate or duration shown. A sequence might combine explanation, focused practice and a short check, helping you understand the purpose of the work. Review it with your child before using the available approval action. A plan is a support route; it does not guarantee a particular result.
How do I follow a support plan after it starts?
Use the plan view to check its current status, completed steps and recorded time where available. Ongoing and completed plans help keep follow-up connected to the original learning need. If a plan is waiting to begin, an available reminder can help you invite your child to start. Review progress together and distinguish finishing steps from independently demonstrating understanding.
How should I use parent suggestions?
Suggestions give you practical ideas around learning routines, shorter sessions and recognising effort. Read the reason behind a suggestion and consider it alongside what you know about your child and your family’s day. Choose one manageable action, try it together and use the available feedback options. The aim is informed encouragement rather than turning every learning signal into pressure.
What can I do when my child has less learning activity?
Start with a conversation about how learning feels, then explore the context behind any routine suggestion. A short session, familiar subject or gentle reminder may be easier to begin with than a large target. Lower activity describes participation, not your child’s ability, and does not mean the service is down. Use the status page separately if you suspect a technical issue.
Which learning updates can I receive as a parent?
Family notifications can bring together learning reminders, report updates, achievements and items such as plan reviews or child requests. Use the notification preferences available in your account to shape what reaches you, and open the app to read the full context before responding. The updates you receive follow your linked children, service settings and the events actually recorded.
Why does a report sometimes show no data or an empty period?
A report needs an available source and records for its reporting window. An empty period can mean there were no relevant records, the source is not enabled or there is not enough evidence for that view. It should not be interpreted automatically as zero effort or poor performance. Check the date range and source message, then ask support if expected records are missing.
Can I set a daily learning-time limit for my child?
The family controls include a daily-limit setting for a linked child. Check the enabled option and minutes recorded for that child, then choose a limit that fits your family’s routine. Read any request or limit message in context before changing it. This is a SQORI account control; it should not be treated as a device-wide screen-time setting for other apps.
Can I choose how my child interacts with the AI tutor?
For a linked child, documented tutor controls cover text and voice access, educational scope and personalised suggestions. You can keep at least one interaction mode available, and choose a curriculum-focused scope where offered. Review the saved settings for the intended child. Turning voice off affects voice input and output for the governed tutor experience; it is not a device microphone setting.
Can I review my child’s requests before they spend wallet credit?
The linked-child wallet controls include an option to require your approval before the child uses their balance. When this is enabled, governed wallet spending becomes a request for your review. Read what is being requested and its current amount before responding. Family request views can also include learning purchases or credit; the action and conditions shown determine what you approve.
Is wallet credit the same as a subscription or a learning pack?
No. A wallet holds account credit, while a subscription or learning pack describes access under its own terms. Review the current product, amount, included services and payment confirmation before approving or buying. Sample balances and prices in website app previews are illustrative. Your account is the place to check the offer actually available to your family and the balance recorded for it.
What happens if I pause my child’s SQORI account?
The guardian hold pauses the child’s access and signs the child out while keeping the seat, stored data and wallet. An authorised guardian can use the available reactivation action to lift that guardian hold. A separate administrator suspension requires the appropriate review and is not removed by guardian reactivation. Check the account status before choosing the next action.
How does the learning-growth report show change over time?
The growth report can compare the first and latest submitted result on the same quiz, show available passed learning checks and present study-plan participation trends. These series describe different things and remain separate. Weeks without relevant data can stay empty. Use the dates and source labels to discuss a change; a participation trend alone does not establish increased knowledge.
Can SQORI tell me whether my child is ready for an assessment?
The assessment-readiness view can connect a recorded upcoming exam with skill coverage, such as what has been practised or verified and what has not yet been covered. It gives you a way to discuss preparation and choose a next step. It is not a predicted exam mark or a guaranteed result, and it needs the exam and relevant learning information to be recorded.
Does the parent tutor-session report expose every conversation?
The documented parent tutor-session report uses session summaries such as lesson topics, completed sessions and recorded time from eligible finished sessions. It does not return private transcripts or the underlying conversation messages. This helps you understand participation without treating a report as a complete replay. Other information available to you continues to follow your active guardian relationship and permissions.
Can any parent see my child’s profile or change their settings?
Protected family views and actions check the signed-in parent’s active relationship with the intended child. Being a parent on the platform does not by itself grant access to another child’s information. Use your own account and protect its sign-in details. If an unexpected child appears or a relationship is wrong, stop using that information and ask SQORI to review the link.
How can SQORI help me work with my child’s teacher or school?
Use a specific lesson, skill, recent activity or support-plan question as the starting point for a conversation. SQORI connects family learning context with academic tools, while school-entered results or teacher information appear only when the relevant service and permissions are available. Share the educational concern through your agreed school contact route; SQORI does not replace your school’s judgement or communication arrangements.
How is IntelliLearn designed to encourage my child without pressure?
The teaching design recognises observable effort, strategy and progress rather than labelling a child's ability or comparing them with others. It uses manageable goals, supportive feedback and space to try again. An unclear answer can lead to a smaller hint, a different example or guided practice. The tutor is instructed to avoid shame, fear, guilt and invented praise. This describes its learning approach; it is not a psychological assessment or a promise of a particular emotional or academic result.
How can I distinguish participation from understanding after AI tutoring?
A completed session or recorded time shows participation; lesson checkpoints and eligible assessments provide evidence about understanding. Review the source of a progress, grade or mastery view before interpreting it. Ask your child to explain one idea or show a step, then use available family insights to choose focused support. The parent tutor-session report summarises eligible sessions without exposing private conversation transcripts. Finishing a session does not by itself establish that every objective has been mastered.
Teachers
Bring lessons, practice and thoughtful support together.
22 answersHow can teachers and mentors use SQORI?
Teacher and mentor experiences connect assigned learners with course context, progress, assessments, mentoring, meetings and messaging. These tools support identifying where a learner needs attention and following up with appropriate guidance. Access depends on educator assignments, institutional permissions and enabled services.
How do I get started as a teacher or mentor?
Start with the teaching role and learner group you will support. Your school or SQORI team can confirm your account, assigned learners, course access and enabled tools. Then check one course, one assessment and your follow-up view before beginning with the class. This makes the first lesson easier to prepare and helps identify any missing access early.
Why can I not see a student or course I teach?
Teacher access follows active learner, class and course assignments within the correct school. A teacher account alone does not open every learner record. Ask your school administrator to check your school link, section membership, subject and permissions. Include the missing class or course name when requesting help, so the assignment can be corrected without sharing a student's private information in a public message.
How does SQORI help me prepare, teach and follow up?
SQORI connects course material, learning activities, assessment and assigned-learner progress. You can begin with the lesson, check the evidence from practice, and choose who needs another explanation or a human conversation. The value is continuity: preparation and follow-up use the same learning context. Your school's configuration determines which authoring, assessment, scheduling and communication tools are available.
Can I teach in Arabic and English within the Saudi curriculum context?
SQORI supports Arabic and English experiences, including each language's reading direction. Grade, subject, course and published lesson context can connect learning support with what students are studying. Check the actual course language and available materials before planning the lesson; a bilingual platform does not mean every resource has identical content in both languages or covers every curriculum unit.
Can teachers create, edit and publish course content?
SQORI's academic tools include course structures, content editing, revisions and publishing. These are permissioned responsibilities: having access to teach a course does not automatically grant permission to publish it. Follow your institution's review process, verify the lesson sequence and assessment links, and check the learner view after an approved publication. Ask your administrator which authoring responsibilities belong to your role.
How can quizzes support my teaching?
Use quizzes to see how learners respond to a specific topic, then review the answers and results before deciding the next activity. SQORI includes quiz preparation, attempts, review and grading workflows. Settings and permissions determine the options available. A quiz result is one piece of evidence: combine it with classroom observations and later independent work when judging understanding.
Can I set assignments and review student submissions?
SQORI includes assignment preparation, learner drafts, submission and educator review workflows. In the enabled teaching tools, keep instructions, expected work and deadlines clear, then review submitted work in its course context. The responsible assessor and school permissions determine access. If a learner cannot submit, check the assignment's availability and their enrollment before asking them to repeat the work.
Does SQORI support rubrics and teacher feedback?
The academic tools include rubrics, grading and assessment review. Where enabled, a shared rubric helps explain what good work looks like and keeps feedback tied to the task. Confirm the approved criteria and scoring policy before grading. Use comments to identify a practical next step, while keeping formal grade decisions within your school's authorized assessment process.
What is the difference between progress, a score and mastery?
Progress describes movement through available learning activities. A score describes performance on a particular assessed task. Mastery concerns the evidence for understanding a skill. They answer different questions, so a completed lesson should not be read as proof of lasting understanding. Review the activity, assessment context and available skill evidence together, then use your professional judgment to choose support.
How do learning gaps and MIFHAAM help me target support?
MIFHAAM connects curriculum, progress, skill evidence and learning needs to inform the next step. A repeated difficulty can give you a useful starting point for a conversation, a simpler explanation or focused practice. Review what the signal is based on before acting. These insights support the teacher's judgment; they are not a diagnosis or a substitute for knowing the learner.
Will AI tutoring replace my role as a teacher?
SQORI gives students another place to ask, hear explanations and practise; teachers remain central to judgment, relationships and purposeful instruction. IntelliLearn provides AI tutoring, while MentorLearn supports human guidance. Use learning evidence to decide where your attention matters most, check uncertain explanations and help students reason through answers. AI-generated teaching should be reviewed when accuracy or an important decision is involved.
How does MentorLearn connect human support with learning?
MentorLearn is SQORI's human-guidance experience for questions and learning needs that benefit from an educator or mentor. It supports individual or group guidance within the services configured for the account or school. Begin with the learner's current question and relevant learning context, then agree on a useful next step. Session formats, availability and booking arrangements should be confirmed before making plans.
Can SQORI help me organize my teaching week and follow-up?
The teacher follow-up experience can bring relevant calendar events, live classes, booked sessions, grading and review tasks into a weekly view. It uses stored records and your teaching responsibilities, so the work shown should relate to your assignments. Check the source and time of an item before acting. Available views depend on the follow-up tools enabled for your institution.
What if a learner reports an incorrect question, explanation or result?
SQORI includes learner question reports and evidence-correction review workflows. Eligible reports are routed according to class, subject and reviewer authority; the teacher can review the reason and record a decision. A correction and a formal grade change are separate actions. Use the authorized review process so the decision, its reason and any required grading follow-up remain traceable.
How can I involve families without turning home learning into extra pressure?
Use the learner's current need to suggest one clear, manageable next step rather than sending a broad list of weaknesses. SQORI connects authorized family progress views with teacher follow-up, and enabled planning tools include home-support proposals. Explain the purpose and leave family choices with the parent. Share only the information appropriate to the learner relationship and your school's communication policy.
Can I coordinate lessons, appointments and online meetings?
SQORI's wider platform includes calendars, meetings and booked-session workflows. Where enabled, these help keep a teaching appointment connected to the learner and relevant work. Confirm the date, time, participants and meeting access before the session, and test your microphone and connection. The calendar's presence alone does not confirm a mentor's availability or guarantee that every meeting service is included in your account.
How can I communicate announcements and learning updates?
Enabled communication tools include course announcements, discussions, Suite Chat and notifications. Choose the channel appropriate to the message: an announcement for a class update, or an authorized conversation for individual support. Check the intended audience before sending and keep sensitive learner details out of group messages. Notification delivery depends on the configured channel and the recipient's settings.
Can I manage attendance and formal grades?
SQORI's enabled student-information and academic tools include attendance, gradebook entries and rubrics. Access depends on your school responsibilities and permissions; it is separate from simply viewing learner progress. Follow the school's approved marking and correction procedures, and confirm the class, date and assessment before saving a record. Your institution decides which system is authoritative for its official records.
What should I include when a teaching tool is missing or not working?
First check whether the issue affects a single learner, one course or your whole account. Record the tool name, approximate time, visible error and the action you were trying to complete. Ask your administrator to confirm the assignment and permission, then contact SQORI if needed. Check Status for known service incidents. Never include passwords, private conversation transcripts or a full class list in an initial email.
How can IntelliLearn's guided checks support my follow-up with a learner?
IntelliLearn connects a teaching step with an authored checkpoint and the learner's attempted answer. A difficulty can lead to another explanation, guided repair and rechecking, while saved learning context supports continuity. Use the learning evidence available to your assigned role to identify one idea worth revisiting. Ask the learner to explain the reasoning and compare it with the lesson before deciding on support. AI-generated feedback supports your professional judgment; it does not make every conversation available to every teacher or replace your own assessment.
Schools

22 answersWhat does SQORI offer schools?
SQORI brings learning experiences together with school tools for enrollment, academic operations, staff and student administration, billing, reporting and permissions. Its wider platform includes learning management (LMS) and student information (SIS) workflows. School setup and service readiness determine which capabilities can be used; contact SQORI to discuss your requirements.
What does SQORI bring together for a school?
SQORI connects learning experiences with school operations: courses, enrollment, student records, assessment, staff responsibilities, communication and administration. Its learning-management and student-information workflows can connect what students do with the people supporting them. Begin with the school problem you want to solve, then agree on the modules and workflows relevant to it rather than enabling everything at once.
What should we prepare before discussing SQORI for our school?
Share your school stages, approximate learner and staff numbers, curriculum needs, current systems and the workflows you want to improve. Identify who owns teaching, operations and data decisions. This gives the SQORI team a useful starting point for a demonstration and a scoped implementation discussion. Exact access, training, commercial terms and any integration work should be confirmed as part of your school's agreement.
Can we begin with a limited pilot before a wider rollout?
SQORI's school deployment workflow supports draft, pilot, live and exit stages, with selected grades, cohorts, agreement references and named school leads. A focused pilot helps a school check setup, teaching fit and the evidence it wants to review before expanding. Agree on scope, responsibilities, dates and success measures with SQORI; a pilot's terms and availability are confirmed for each institution.
Can we import class rosters instead of entering every enrollment manually?
The enabled SIS roster-import tool supports CSV preview, validation and a separate apply step. It checks learner accounts, sections, teacher attribution and school context, then shows a result for each row. Prepare the required accounts and sections first and use the supplied format. Review the preview before applying; importing a roster is not the same as automatically migrating every record from another school system.
What happens when an imported roster contains errors or duplicates?
The roster preview distinguishes rows that can apply, unchanged rows and rows that need correction. A row with a school, learner or teacher mismatch is held back rather than granting learner access. The operator report explains what needs fixing. Correct the underlying account or assignment and preview again; the apply step rechecks rows before making the permitted changes.
Can we manage enrollment changes and moves between class sections?
SQORI includes enrollment, invitations, class enrollments and roster actions for enrolling, withdrawing or moving learners. These changes should follow your school's authorization process because they affect teaching assignments and record visibility. Confirm the destination section, responsible teacher and intended action before applying a change, then verify the resulting roster. Account creation and a class enrollment are related but distinct steps.
How do roles and permissions separate school responsibilities?
School, class, course and learner relationships work with permissions to determine what each authorized person can view or manage. Teaching, publishing, finance and school administration do not need the same access. Agree on responsibilities during setup, assign the appropriate roles and review them when staff move or leave. A role name alone should not be treated as permission to view every student's information.
How are parents connected to the correct students?
SQORI uses child invitations and guardian relationships to connect parent access with the appropriate learner. Family views follow the active relationship and permissions rather than a shared surname or class membership. Include guardian-link checks in onboarding and correct mismatches through the authorized school or support process. This helps families follow learning while keeping each child's records connected to the right people.
Can SQORI reflect our academic structure and school calendar?
The documented academic tools cover terms, classes or groups, course structure, enrollment, timetables and calendar events. Configure these around the school's actual teaching arrangements, then check teacher assignments and learner access against them. Calendar sources and local overrides require review; do not assume every external event or timetable is already synchronized. Confirm the enabled scheduling workflow during implementation.
What is the difference between SQORI's LMS and SIS workflows?
Learning-management workflows focus on teaching: courses, lessons, quizzes, assignments and discussions. Student-information workflows focus on the school record: enrollment, sections, attendance, rubrics and grade entries. Connecting the two helps teams understand learning in its school context. Your implementation should define which workflows SQORI will run and which existing systems remain the official source for particular records.
Can we coordinate assessments, grading and review across teaching teams?
The enabled academic tools connect quizzes, assignments, rubric definitions, submissions, grade entries and review responsibilities. Agree on who prepares, publishes, assesses and approves corrections before using them across a school. Keep assessment rules and deadlines clear to staff and learners. Learning indicators can inform support, while formal grades should follow the institution's authorized assessment and review policy.
Does SQORI include attendance records?
Attendance is part of SQORI's enabled student-information workflows. Authorized staff can work with school attendance records in the appropriate class and date context. Distinguish school attendance from app activity or participation in a SQORI session: they describe different events. Confirm your marking rules, correction responsibilities and official record system during setup so families and staff receive the right interpretation.
Can school leaders follow teaching activity and support needs?
Configured follow-up tools give authorized school managers views of relevant classes, learners and teacher responsibilities within their school scope. These can support conversations about upcoming work, unresolved follow-up and where help is needed. Review the source and freshness of the information before making a decision. A missing record or an unavailable source should not be interpreted as proof that a teacher or student did nothing.
How should we evaluate learning outcomes during a school rollout?
Agree on learning measures before rollout and review them separately from usage or task completion. SQORI's school outcome-review workflow distinguishes independent learning-check evidence from participation, shows missing evidence and limits disclosure for small groups. Use the agreed period and context when interpreting change. A dashboard trend alone does not establish that SQORI caused an improvement or provide a judgment of school quality.
How do we confirm school pricing, billing and included services?
Contact SQORI with the number of learners and staff, required modules, rollout scope and support needs. The platform includes subscription, invoice and billing-administration workflows, but website examples do not define an institutional offer. Confirm the agreed services, limits, payment arrangements, renewal terms and any implementation work in your written proposal or agreement before purchase.
Does SQORI replace or automatically integrate with Madrasati, Noor or iEN?
Do not assume an automatic integration or replacement. SQORI's school setup can record the mandated systems the institution continues to use, and its deployment approach treats those systems as complementary. Share your exact data-flow requirements with SQORI so supported imports, responsibilities and any separately agreed integration can be checked. A listed system name is not evidence of a live connector or permission to access that system.
Can we organize communication and support requests in one environment?
SQORI's wider platform includes announcements, Suite Chat, enabled notifications and support-ticket workflows with assignment and a support portal. These can connect a request with the people responsible for following it up. Define who receives each type of message, who handles requests and which school policies apply. Channels, delivery configuration and service commitments should be confirmed during setup.
How can school teams manage shared documents and access?
SQORI Space and supported Office services include shared workspaces, file permissions, versions, collaborative editing, previews and exports. Use them with clear ownership and access for the intended team. Review permissions when responsibilities change and confirm the formats supported by your configured tools. A shared workspace should not become an unrestricted store for every student's personal records.
What should we agree about data and the end of a school deployment?
Before rollout, agree on data responsibilities, authorized access, required agreements and what happens if the deployment ends. SQORI's deployment record includes an exit stage and can record whether a lawful data export was requested. Export scope, formats, retention and deletion arrangements need explicit confirmation in the applicable agreement; the website does not establish one universal policy for every institution.
Where can our school follow service health and product development?
Visit SQORI Status for current service checks, incidents, maintenance and the product roadmap, including the five learning modules and ReadyLearn's lessons, quizzes and assignments. You can subscribe to status updates. Service health comes from checks independently of learner activity; it does not confirm every account permission or completed user journey. Roadmap labels distinguish published work from planned or exploratory ideas.
What should a school review when evaluating IntelliLearn's teaching approach?
Review a representative lesson from explanation and learner participation through checkpoint, guided repair and continuation. Check the available teacher choices, Arabic and English delivery, age and curriculum context, whiteboard and saved progress. Agree which learning evidence authorised staff and families can see, and confirm access, content and support arrangements. Evaluate accuracy and learner experience with your own pilot criteria. Expressive characters and a rich feature set are useful parts of the experience; educational impact should be assessed using actual evidence from your school.

25 answersHow do I get started or check current app access?
Explore the learning experiences and the path for your family, student, teacher or school role. Existing users can sign in at https://me.sqori.com.sa/login to see their available services. For current app access, plans or help choosing support, email hello@sqori.sa. Features depend on your account, institution, permissions and enabled services.
What is the easiest way to get started with SQORI?
Start with the page for your role: student, family, teacher or school. Explore the learning experiences, then open SQORI and follow the account options shown to you. Existing users can sign in with their own account. Before purchasing or planning a school rollout, check the courses, access and services offered to that account; contact the SQORI team if you need help choosing.
What is the difference between this website and my SQORI account?
This public website explains SQORI and helps everyone explore its experiences without signing in. Your account is where you use the services available to your role, view personal learning information and manage the options assigned to you. Website illustrations and sample screens explain the experience; your signed-in account shows your own courses, permissions and current access.
I forgot my password. How do I regain access?
Use the password-recovery option on the SQORI sign-in screen and follow the verification steps for your registered contact method. Enter the newest code and choose a new password that meets the requirements shown. If you cannot access that contact method, ask support for help verifying the account. Never share your password or recovery code with someone offering to fix the problem.
My verification code has not arrived or does not work. What should I do?
Check that the registered email or phone number is correct, and check your email spam folder when using email. Wait before requesting another code, then use only the newest one. Codes can expire and repeated attempts can temporarily limit requests. If delivery still fails, contact support with the approximate time and the error message, without including the code itself.
Why can I not see the same features as another user?
SQORI gives students, guardians, educators and school teams different views. A feature can also require a linked child, an assigned learner or course, a valid subscription, or an enabled school service. Check that you are using the correct account and role first. If something you should have is missing, ask your school administrator or SQORI support to review the assignment or access.
Can I use SQORI on a phone, tablet or computer?
You can explore this website on a phone, tablet or computer and use the SQORI sign-in link for your account. The app page shows phone and iPad interface previews. For current installation options, device compatibility and the services available on your device, check the official access information or contact SQORI. A device frame in a website gallery is an illustration of presentation, not a download link.
Do I need an internet connection? Can everything work offline?
Plan to use a reliable internet connection for account access, live AI conversations, online guidance and syncing learning information. Do not assume that every lesson, assessment or file is available offline. If your connection drops, reconnect and check the activity’s saved state before repeating it. Any download or offline option should be confirmed in the specific activity or app version you are using.
My voice is not reaching IntelliLearn. How can I fix it?
Allow microphone access for SQORI in your browser or device settings, select the intended microphone and check that it is not muted or being used by another call. Test in a quieter place with a stable connection, then reopen the conversation. If voice is unavailable in your account or the problem continues, use another enabled learning activity and contact support with the device and error details.
I can open a lesson but cannot hear it. What should I check?
Check the media volume, mute controls and selected speaker or headphones on your device. If using Bluetooth, make sure audio is reaching the device you expect. Start playback using the activity’s controls, and confirm that narration or voice is included in that activity. If there is still no sound, report the lesson or session, device and approximate time so support can investigate.
SQORI is slow, a page is blank, or an activity will not load. What next?
Check SQORI Status first, then confirm your internet connection and try reopening the affected screen. Use a current browser or the available app update. Keep any unsent work before refreshing or signing out. If only one activity fails, send support its title, the error, the time and your device details; this is more useful than repeatedly restarting the same task.
My progress, grade or submitted work looks incorrect. What should I do?
Confirm the account, learner profile, course and activity you are viewing. Reconnect if a recent change has not synced, and check whether the activity shows completion, submission or a pending review. Avoid resubmitting work simply to change a display. Report the activity and expected result to your teacher or support so the underlying record can be checked; the website gallery’s sample numbers are unrelated to your records.
Why can I not upload, open or share a learning file?
Check the activity’s accepted file types and size limits, your connection and whether your account has access to that file or workspace. A shared link does not remove permission requirements. Keep the original file while troubleshooting, and avoid uploading it repeatedly. If the issue continues, send support the file type, approximate size, screen and error message; share the actual document only through an appropriate support channel.
How do I manage notifications or investigate a missing alert?
Review SQORI’s notification preferences and your device or browser permission settings. Check the notifications area in your account, and your email spam folder if the notification uses email. Some updates relate to a linked child, a course assignment or a particular role. If an expected alert is missing, tell support what event you expected and when, without posting another person’s learning details publicly.
Where can I find current prices, plans and what is included?
Use the offer and checkout shown for your account to confirm the current price, billing period and included access before paying. For a school, ask SQORI for a proposal matched to the required services and rollout. Website screenshots contain sample balances and figures; they are not a price list. If an inclusion is unclear, ask the team before confirming the purchase.
How do I manage or cancel a subscription?
Manage cancellation through the store or billing channel that charged you. Deleting the app or signing out does not cancel a subscription. Check the renewal date and cancellation terms for that purchase. The Subscription and Payment Policy linked below explains the channels; contact support if you cannot identify yours.
I was charged but access or credits are missing. Should I buy again?
Do not immediately purchase again. Check whether the transaction is pending and use purchase restoration where it is offered. Contact SQORI with the account email, billing channel, purchase date and order identifier so delivery can be investigated. Never send passwords, full card details or purchase tokens. The billing policy explains validation and restoration.
How do I ask about a refund, duplicate charge or unauthorized purchase?
Use the Refund Policy and the channel that processed the payment to identify the appropriate request route. Report a suspected duplicate or unauthorized charge promptly to that provider and SQORI support, with the order identifier. A request is reviewed under the applicable purchase terms; this FAQ does not promise a refund or a fixed decision time.
Where can I understand privacy or request help with my personal data?
Read SQORI’s Privacy Policy for the published explanation of personal-data handling and the contact route for requests. Use that route to ask about access, correction or deletion concerning your own account, or a child you are authorized to represent. SQORI may need to verify the request and your authority. Avoid sending personal records in a public comment or social post.
How do I request account deletion, and is that the same as canceling billing?
Use the account-deletion option in your account where available, or contact SQORI through the Privacy Policy’s request route. Review the confirmation carefully, especially for a linked child or a school-managed account. Account deletion and subscription cancellation are separate actions: manage recurring billing with the store or channel that billed you. Do not create another purchase simply to recover access during a request.
What if an AI explanation or recommendation seems wrong?
Ask for another explanation and compare it with the lesson or a trusted teacher. AI can make mistakes, even when it uses learning context. For a disputed answer, share the topic, the question and the relevant explanation with your teacher or SQORI support, removing personal details that are not needed. Use educator judgment for consequential learning decisions rather than treating an AI response as final authority.
How can I find a more accessible or comfortable way to learn?
Explore the accessibility and learning-support options available in your account, including the pace, language or focus support offered through AssistantLearn. Tell your teacher or SQORI which task is difficult and what adjustment would help. Support needs differ, so confirm a required accommodation before relying on a particular activity. These learning tools do not establish a diagnosis or replace a specialist assessment.
How do I report an inappropriate interaction or a safety concern?
Stop the interaction and use the reporting or support option available in your account, or contact SQORI. Include the service, approximate time and a brief description; share relevant screenshots privately with unnecessary personal details removed. A student can also ask a parent or trusted teacher for help. The Child Safety and Responsible AI pages explain SQORI’s published approach and reporting information.
Where can I check an outage, maintenance or the health of a SQORI module?
Open SQORI Status for live service checks, incident updates and the five separate learning-module statuses. Expand a service to see what was checked and when. Operational health comes from service checks, independently of student activity. A healthy service does not by itself confirm your individual permissions or a completed purchase. You can subscribe to status updates using the options on that page.
What should I include when asking SQORI for help?
Contact hello@sqori.sa or use the support option available in your account. Include your role, the affected service or course, what you expected, what happened, the approximate time and your device or browser. For billing, include the order identifier and billing channel. Keep passwords, verification codes, full card details and unnecessary learner information out of the message. For school-managed access, your administrator can help identify the assignment involved.
