Subscription and Payment Policy

Platform: SQORI by Al Numu Co. LTD.
1. Subscription Plans
SQORI offers the following subscription tiers:
- Student Solo – Individual learner package with access to ReadyLearn curriculum and included IntelliLearn AI tutoring sessions.
- Family Plan – Multi-child family bundle with seat management, wallet transfers, parental controls, and bulk session discounts.
- School Plan – Institutional license with unlimited students, admin dashboard, RBAC, CSV bulk import, and DGA-compliant billing.
2. Payment Methods
We accept payments through PayTabs payment gateway, including: credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, mada), Apple Pay, and bank transfers for institutional accounts. All prices are in Saudi Riyals (SAR) and include applicable VAT.
3. Billing Cycle
Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) depending on the plan selected. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
4. Wallet System
SQORI operates a wallet system where users can top up their balance in SAR. Wallet credits can be used for: pay-per-session AI tutoring (when included sessions are exhausted), add-on module credits, and parent-to-child wallet transfers within Family accounts.
5. Entitlement System
Feature access follows this evaluation order:
- Allowance – Included sessions/access from your subscription plan
- Module Credits – Purchased add-on session packs
- Wallet Balance – Pay-per-use fallback from your wallet
6. Price Changes
SQORI reserves the right to modify subscription prices. Existing subscribers will be notified at least 30 days before any price change takes effect. Price changes will apply at the next billing cycle after notification.
7. Cancellation
Users may cancel their subscription at any time through the app or by contacting support at hello@sqori.sa. Upon cancellation: access continues until the end of the current billing period, no partial refunds are issued for unused time, and wallet balances remain available for 12 months after cancellation.
8. Invoicing
Electronic invoices are generated for all transactions and are compliant with Saudi DGA e-invoicing requirements. Invoices are accessible through the user dashboard and are sent via email.
9. Failed Payments
If a recurring payment fails, we will attempt to process the payment up to 3 times over 7 days. If all attempts fail, the subscription will be suspended until payment is resolved.
